Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. All card transactions are processed by RBS WorldPay, on their secure servers.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear, before we place an order and ship any merchandise, once received.

Returns Policy

Goods must be carefully unwrapped and checked upon arrival. If the goods are received damaged, then they should be signed for as such and we MUST be advised in writing (email / letter) immediately and within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be exchanged or money refunded. Where goods are damaged or faulty, we will arrange and pay any return carriage charge. Ownership of any goods supplied, will remain with Living Interiors, until the goods are fully paid for.

No claims will be entertained, exchanges made or monies refunded, once fabrics or wallpapers have been cut, tins of paint opened, furniture sat upon or marked in any way, or any bathroom, kitchen, lighting or accessory items used in any way. If the Customer is not happy with the goods that we have supplied, for any reason other than faulty or damaged goods or the Customer is found to have ordered the wrong goods, we may agree to have the goods returned, providing this has been agreed in writing with ourselves beforehand subject to a minimum of 5 rolls where wallpaper is involved and we will make a handling charge for so doing, of 25% of the Invoiced goods. In such a case, it will be the responsibility of the Customer to pay for the return carriage charge.

Discounts

For orders placed, which are worth £350 (excluding VAT and shipping), a discount of 5% will apply. For orders worth £750 or more (excluding VAT and shipping), a discount of 10% will apply.

Delivery

Once we have received your order and payment has been validated and received by RBS WorldPay, we will order your goods. For items which are in stock at the time of order, we would normally expect to despatch within 7 - 10 working days. Some items will be out of stock and we will advise you accordingly. Some items will be manufactured to order, which will involve a longer delivery time and again we will advise you accordingly.

Unwanted items

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before goods are delivered to you for any reason.

To comply with the distance selling regulations, you have a Cooling Off period where you may withdraw from this agreement at any time, up to 7 working days after the day we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered, the goods, you must not have used them and you must have kept them in the condition in which they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.

When we receive the goods back, we will inspect them to ensure all manuals, accessories and any other components are within the returned package and that no fabrics, furniture, lamps/lampshade, accessories, kitchen or bathroom items or wallpapers have been cut or mutilated in any way and that the goods are in the condition that we sent them to you, including packaging. All items are subject to inspection. If we receive an item that either is not in the condition we sent it out to you, or has missing components or has been cut/damaged in any way, we shall either deduct a reasonable amount to cover any costs to us, or return the item to you, at your cost.

Please note that we cannot take back any items, that are bespoke / manufactured to order. All such goods are not covered by the Cooling Off period.

IP addresses, cookies and registration/order forms

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your shopping cart. We use cookies to identify you so we can retrieve your information so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit our site and log-in.

Our site's registration and order forms require users to give us contact information, like their name and email address and unique identifiers. We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary if they have subscribed to the mail list. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by choosing to un-subscribe. Unique identifiers are collected to verify the user's identity and for use in our record system.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information, on this site

Card transaction processing

All transactions are by Credit Card and processed on secure servers by RBS WorldPay. We never see or hold any information about Customers' Credit Card details.

Un-Subscribe

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive mail list messages.

You can send us an email asking us to remove you from the mailing list, by clicking on the Feedback button.

Correct/Update

This site gives users the options for changing and modifying information previously provided.
