Discounts
For orders placed, which are worth £350 (excluding VAT and shipping), a discount of 5% will apply. For orders worth £750 or more (excluding VAT and shipping), a discount of 10% will apply.
Delivery
Once we have received your order and payment has been
validated and received by RBS WorldPay, we will order your goods.
For items which are in stock at the time of order, we would normally
expect to despatch within 7 - 10 working days.
Some items will be out of stock and we will advise you accordingly.
Some items will be manufactured to order, which will involve a longer
delivery time and again we will advise you accordingly.
Unwanted
items
You
have the right to cancel your order at any time before goods are delivered to
you for any reason.
To
comply with the distance selling regulations, you have a Cooling Off period
where you may withdraw from this agreement at any time, up to 7 working days
after the day we have delivered the goods to you. If we have
delivered, the goods, you must not have used them and you must have kept them in
the condition in which they were delivered. You must return them to
us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.
When
we receive the goods back, we will inspect them to ensure all manuals,
accessories and any other components are within the returned package and that no
fabrics, furniture, lamps/lampshade, accessories, kitchen or bathroom items or
wallpapers have been cut or mutilated in any way and that the goods are in the
condition that we sent them to you, including packaging. All items
are subject to inspection. If we receive an item that either
is not in the condition we sent it out to you, or has missing components or has
been cut/damaged in any way, we shall either deduct a reasonable amount to cover
any costs to us, or return the item to you, at your cost.
Please
note that we cannot take back any items, that are bespoke / manufactured to
order. All such goods are not covered by the Cooling Off period.
